CIRCUIT THEORY 

AFC SERIES FREQUENCY CONVERTER IS DESIGNED BASED ON TRANSISTOR POWER AMPLIFIER. OUTPUT VOLTAGE IS CONTROLLED BY POTENTIAL METER. USING AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT AND CRYSTAL OSCILLATION, THE OUTPUT FREQUENCY IS VERY STABLE, REGULATION IS EXCELLENT AND DISTORTION IS RESPECTIVELY LOW. THE BASIC THEORY OF TRANSISTOR AMP TYPE:

1.SINEWAVE GENERATOR:

USE CRYSTAL OSCILLATION, THROUGH D/A CONVERTER TO GENERATE A SINEWAVE WITH LOW

DISTORTION AND HIGH STABILITY.

2.BUFFER AMPLIFIER:

WITH HIGH INPUT IMPEDANCE AND LOW OUTPUT IMPEDANCE, IT CONTROLS THE AMPLITUDE OF INPUT SIGNAL OF THE AMPLIFIER SIMULTANEOUSLY.

3.POWER AMPLIFIER:

USING THE CIRCUIT OF PUSH-PULL AMPLIFIER TO CONVERT THE DC POWER TO PERFECT SINUSOIDAL

AC POWER SOURCE.

4.VOLTAGE REGULATION AND PROTECTION:

PERFECT VOLTAGE FEEDBACK WILL LET OUTPUT REGULATION VERY LOW, USING CURRENT DETECTION TO PROTECT OVER LOAD OR SHORT CIRCUIT WHICH WILL LIMIT OUTPUT CURRENT AND CUT OFF THE OUTPUT.
