Uses
the 〝AIR
TO AIR〞
testing
mode
( Should be combined for use with HP8922 or R&S CMD55 ) instead of the 〝DAI
TO DAI〞
testing
mode ,
using the 〝AIR
TO AIR〞
testing mode means that the
mobile phone and the instrument are communicated in RF form, to simulate the
actual communicating situation, thereby
to ensure that the complete
acoustic performance testing of the mobile phone is actually being done on site.
While using the DAI TO DAI testing mode, only partial range of testing is being
done and therefore no one knows how well
the acoustic performance is.
Highly
automation :
Model-190A mainframe can fully control the open/close of the
cover of Model-191 Test Fixture, to attain the purpose
for automation of the 〝Close
cover→
testing→open
cover〞,
aside from auto control function, manual control for the open/close of the cover
also allowable, very suitable for 100%QC in the production line.
Testing
items include : Frequency response curve, distortion, loudness rating
of the receiving, sending and sidetone.
Sensitivity
upper/lower limits and frequency response upper/lower limits can all be set by
the user,
after
completed the testing , auto judging the PASS/FAIL.
Curves
are displayed in various colors : Can display simultaneously the upper/lower
limits and the frequency response curve of the mobile phone measured.
Has the curve memory function : This function is suitable for making curves comparison. Example: To modify the circuit, stored first the curve prior to modification , after the modification, repeat the testing, two curves appear on the screen, which are the curves prior to and after the modification , user can make improvement based on these two curves; the dB values at all the frequency points of the curves and the difference of the dB value at the same frequency between two curves can all be read out simultaneously .
Simple
operating commands, user can operate the
instrument easily even without referring to the user manual.
Can
be linked with the HP printer, to print out the data and curve.
In
process of testing, guiding message
will appear on the screen if necessary, to ensure the correct using by the user.
Model-190A is built-in with a tracking filter , to reduce the influence of the ambient noise, when used in a noisy production line, the test accuracy is not influenced.
Model-191
Test Fixture contains the sound absorption material,
which can reduce greatly the ambient noise.
Model-190A can perform sequential testing : All the required testing items can be tested sequentially at one time, after completed the testing, a “Test Report” will appear on the screen, and will display a big “PASS” in green or a big “FAIL” in red which indicate clearly the qualified or disqualified items respectively, this function is suitable in production line use.
Has
the auto statistics function :
All the testing items can automatically statistic the
qualified items of quantity (Percentage included), the disqualified items
of quantity (Percentage included), average of the loudness rating value and the
total test quantity, total qualified quantity (and its percentage), total
disqualified quantity (and its percentage) etc.
